Tuesday Free Meal
The Mission for the St. James Community Meal is to serve any person in need because of financial, physical, or social needs.
All are welcome! “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you can me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me…Truly I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.” Matthew 25:35-40
The Tuesday Free Community Meal is supported by our congregation and its “all volunteer staff”. Come join us to volunteer, support, or share good food- every Tuesday from 4:30pm-6:30pm in our Fellowship Hall.
Evangelism
The Evangelism Board, also known as the ACTS Team (Active Christians Together Serving) has one mission- to spread and include the gospel of Jesus Christ to those within our congregation and to our surrounding community.
“Serving our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and all people with loving hearts, souls, and minds” is the Evangelism Board’s mission statement. The Board provides Bibles, religious devotionals, offers continuing Bible studies, volunteers for the Tuesday Free Meal, greeters for each church service, and supports missions home and away, by spreading the gospel of Jesus throughout our community.
Come be apart of this exciting group!
St. James… Let’s Adopt a Family Supporting the
It’s time to restore hope for our neighbors in need.
Help us furnish homes and restore hope for 1,000 local families once again.
Although COVID-19 may be subsiding, its effects are far from over for local families in crisis.
